Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn clothing with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to the outside of your package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
